Banjir Melanda 53 Kecamatan
Hujan disertai angin kencang dan gelombang pasang telah menyebabkan sungai-sungai meluap sehingga banjir, di wilayah Sulawesi Selatan pada 22/1/2019 siang hari.
Data sementara tercatat 53 kecamatan di 9 kabupaten/kota di wilayah propinsi Sulawesi Selatan yang mengalami banjir yaitu di kabupaten Jeneponto, Gowa, Maros, Soppeng, Barru, Wajo, Bantaeng, Pangkep dan kota Makassar.
Tercatat 8 orang meninggal dunia, 4 orang hilang, ribuan rumah terendam banjir dan ribuan warga mengungsi, dan 10.021 hektar sawah terendam banjir.
Penanganan darurat dan pendataan masih terus dilakukan sehingga update data akan berubah.
